In March 2023, Asia IP announced Copyrights Rankings for their regional constituency in Asia. Domnern Somgiat & Boonma (DS&B) was proud to be ranked as Top Tier in Thailand for Copyright. And, with this Award, the firm has now achieved Asia IP 2023 Top Tier Thailand Rankings for – Patent / Contentious and Prosecution; Trademark / Contentious and Prosecution, and for Copyright.

At Domnern Somgiat & Boonma (DS&B), we understand the value of building international relationships and sharing knowledge across borders. That’s why we were thrilled to welcome 30 Danish students from Juridisk Selskab, a student organization from Aarhus University, to our firm in March 2023.

On September 27, 2022, the Cabinet of Thailand agreed, in principle, for the country to become a member state of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs.
