Profile

Prabjote Busdee joined Domnern Somgiat & Boonma as an associate in 1996 and became a partner in 2000. Since the beginning of her career, she has specialized patent prosecution and enforcement. She has served numerous clients, both foreign and domestic, in various types of patent cases. Currently, she is responsible for the patent matters of the firm.

She is a member of the Thai Bar Association, Intellectual Property Association (IPAT), Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), International Trademark Association (INTA), Association International pour la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), The International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN IPA).
