Profile:

Patanachatra is in charge of both consultancy and litigation work. He has extensive experience in representing clients in disputes with not only private entities but also public entities before the Intellectual Property Court, the Administrative Court as well as the Arbitration Institute. These cover a wide range of challenging and unprecedented cases on emerging issues, e.g. revocation of administrative orders, breaches of administrative contracts, and non-compliance of regulations. His expertise is intellectual property, administrative and telecommunication laws.
