Profile

Faunglada graduated with the second-class honors from an international university in Thailand. There, apart from her study, she conducted extensive research on an emerging issue relating to AI and IPs. Having proved her outstanding research skill, she was appointed as a research assistant to participate in the project of IP commercialization and IP management after her graduation, during which she not only further improved her research skill but also broadened her IP knowledge from a legal aspect to a more business and practical aspect. Upon successful completion of the project, she continued her interest in IP and related legal fields by starting her professional legal practice with one of the leading global law firms. She then joined a start-up technology company as a Legal Associate dealing with various unprecedented issues related to IPs, personal data protection, and technologies. Currently, she has joined DS&B in 2022 with the firm’s trademark prosecution team whereby her main role is to prepare legal responses to the Department of Intellectual Property, including appeals, oppositions, counterstatements, and related legal advice. Apart from that, she has handled research work on personal data protection, food and drug, digital platform and e-commerce. She can handle these diverse tasks effectively with her multi-tasking ability. Combining her well-trained research skill with her curiosity, she becomes a talented learner.
