Job Description:
• To handle litigation matters, including IP, labour, civil/commercial, and criminal cases;
• To prepare case strategies and supporting evidence;
• To draft pleadings and other litigation documents;
• To provide reports and legal advice to clients; and
• To handle other dispute-related matters as necessary.
Qualifications:
• LL.B/LL.M, previous litigation experience required;
• Thai-qualified lawyer with a valid lawyer license; and
• Good command of MS Office, MS Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint/Canva/Google Slides) and on-line search.
Skill & Experience:
• Good command of English, especially reading;
• Creative problem solving skill;
• Good communication skill;
• Good understanding of litigation and court procedure;
• IP litigation experience and/or trademark prosecution knowledge preferred; and
• At least five years’ work experience.
