Job Description:
• To assist in handling litigation matters, including IP, labour, civil/commercial, and criminal cases;
• To assist in preparing case strategies and supporting evidence;
• To draft pleadings and other litigation documents under supervision;
• To conduct legal research on laws and case precedents in Thailand and abroad; and
• To handle other litigation-related matters as necessary.
Qualifications:
• LL.B/LL.M;
• Thai-qualified lawyer with a valid lawyer license; and
• Good command of MS Office, MS Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint/Canva/Google Slides) and on-line search.
Skill & Experience:
• Good command of English, especially reading;
• Strong willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback;
• Hard-working and high sense of responsibility;
• Strong legal research skill on Thai and foreign laws and case precedents;
• Good communication skill and attention to detail; and
• At least one year’s work experience (litigation experience preferred).
