On 28 October, 2022, Domnern Somgiat & Boonma, represented by Partner Rutorn Nopakun and Associates Nutthakarn Phongphunpunya and Oraphan Chayanuwat, attended the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on Online Advertising and IPR organized by Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property (DIP).

Facilitated by the DIP, the MOU is a joint commitment among advertising agencies, IPR agents, and IPR owners to reduce online advertising that infringes IPR. Thailand is the first country in Asia-Pacific to sign an MOU with this focus.
