As a panelist in the keenly anticipated session on “Intellectual Property and Arbitration: Protecting Innovation through Alternative Dispute Resolution,” Nathapong, alongside other eminent figures in IP and arbitration, delved into the crucial relationship between intellectual property rights and arbitration. The discussion highlighted the advantages and challenges of resolving IP disputes through arbitration, with Nathapong contributing significant insights on the current IP disputes landscape and the intricacies involved in enforcing IP arbitral awards.

Significantly, the RAIF Conference is backed by a consortium of nine leading professional arbitration institutes across the Asia-Pacific region, united in their mission to promote excellence and further the practice of arbitration. This year, the conference attracted about 50 practitioners from the region, showcasing its role as a pivotal platform for advancing arbitration and fostering regional engagement among arbitration professionals.
