Prad works as a Patent Engineer specialized in Chemical Engineering, Material Mechanics renewable energy and related areas. He has been assisting his clients in all prosecution steps. Prior to filings, he regularly advises his clients on patentability and requirements of the Thai Patent Office. He will then prepare and prosecute proper patent applications in Thai national phase to secure earliest filing dates, smooth procedures and most importantly sufficient protection for the clients.  He also assists his clients during the preliminary and substantive examination stages by advising them on both technical and legal aspects to overcome the objections raised by Thai Examiners from the Thai Patent Office.
