Profile

Padcha graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Thammasat University, During her LLB, she participated in the one year exchange program at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea. She was an intern at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Bangkok office) before further pursuing her interests in IP at Melbourne Law School. At Domnern, Somgiat and Boonma, she works as an IP attorney specialized in trademark prosecution in Thailand. Combining her international approaches with local practices, she can effectively help her client, mainly foreign companies, dealing with rejections from the Thai Trademark Office. With her enthusiastic eager to understand her clients, Padcha always provides suitable strategies tailored to perfectly fit the particular cases. Though Padcha has been with the firm for only few years, she has built up her experience rapidly having handled  over a thousand office actions on all issues.
