Juthatip became a Partner at Domnern Somgiat & Boonma (DS&B) in January 2025. With over 22 years of experience at our firm, Juthatip has consistently demonstrated the values of excellence, integrity, and innovation that have been the cornerstone of DS&B since its founding in 1947.

Juthatip is widely regarded as a leading expert in intellectual property law, specializing in IP litigation and enforcement. As a Senior IP litigator, she has earned a strong reputation for her successful representation of clients in complex cases before the Thai Courts. Her deep knowledge of Thailand’s intellectual property landscape and her proven track record have played a pivotal role in securing favorable outcomes for our clients.

In addition to her exceptional litigation practice, Juthatip leads our firm’s specialized team focused on legal submissions to the Department of Intellectual Property, including handling trademark oppositions, cancellations, and appeals against refusals. Her practical approach to problem-solving and technical expertise have been instrumental in achieving successful results in various administrative proceedings.
