Profile

Before joining the firm in 1987, Chalermphong was a lecturer at the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce. At Domnern Somgiat and Boonma, he has built up his expertise in litigation and IP enforcement. With exceptional experience of more than three decades, he has been a pioneer many landmark lawsuits which later become established precedents in the field of IP. As a result, Being one of the leading IP litigators in Thailand, Chalermphong has been recognized by World Trademark Review as “a staunch IP protector”. Apart from IP, Chalermphong has litigated for an international bank on complicated financial transactions for more than 10 years. He also advises on intellectual property laws and other areas of laws. In addition to being an excellent litigator, Chamlermphong has also been a good mentor and role model for younger generations of the firm to learn from.
