Profile

Chakrapat Mongkolsit joined Domnern Somgiat & Boonma as an associate in 1986 and became a partner in 1996. Since the beginning of his career in the firm, he has specialized related to patent registration, license agreements, appeals and opposition including patent consultancy. He has served numerous clients, both foreign and domestic, in various types of patent cases. Currently, he is responsible for the patent matters of the firm.

Chakrapat is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM) since 1989. Moreover, he is a member of the Thai Bar Association, the Lawyers Council of Thailand, Intellectual Property Association (IPAT), Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), International Trademark Association (INTA), Association International pour la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), The International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN IPA).
