Profile

Ariya graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn University. Before joining Domnern, Somgiat and Boonma, she had worked in a trademark team of a law firm with foreign offices for 3 years. This makes her not only familiar with local laws and practice but also comfortable working in an international environment. At Domnern, she works as an IP attorney specialized in trademark prosecution in Thailand. She is always interested to learn more about her clients in order to understand their unique situations and prepare proper solutions for them to overcome the office actions. As a result, she is capable of assisting various foreign applicants in diverse business fields (including those files directly with the Thai Trademark Office and through the Madrid Protocol) in dealing with rejections from the Thai Trademark Office.
