Trademark Associate

Job Description:
• To prepare protection and filing strategies for clients;
• To analyze orders and actions of the Trademark Office on trademark matters;
• To provide reports and legal advice to clients on trademark matters and other IP-related matters;
• To assist in handing trademark applications; and
• To handle other IP-related matters as necessary.

Qualifications:
• LL.B/LL.M, previous experience in trademark registration/prosecution preferred;
• Good command of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point and on-line search

Skill & Experience:
• Good command of English, especially reading and writing;
• Creative problem solving skill;
• Good communication skill;
• Good understanding of laws and practices in the field of intellectual properties; and
• At least one year’s work experience
