As Senior IP litigator, Juthatip has successfully represented clients in complex cases before the Thai Courts. Her in-depth understanding of Thailand’s IP landscape and proven track record have contributed significantly to our clients’ success.

Beyond her distinguished practice as an IP litigator, Juthatip leads our firm’s specialized team responsible for legal submissions to the Department of Intellectual Property, managing appeals against refusals, trademark oppositions, and cancellation actions. Her practical approach to problem-solving, combined with technical expertise, has helped secure favorable outcomes in numerous administrative proceedings. A natural leader, Juthatip has also been a mentor to junior professionals, helping them navigate the complexities of IP prosecutions.
