Profile

Having worked with Domnern Somgiat and Boonma for more than 16 years, Juthatip has acquired extensive experience in various IP matters, including both administrative cases before the Department of Intellectual Property and litigation cases before the Court. She has been reliable for her clients in all areas of IPs ranging from appeals against rejections, trademark oppositions, cancellations, actions against Trademark Board, patent invalidations, to patent infringement actions. With her profound understanding of the authorities’ procedures, practices, and precedents, she can skillfully develop the strongest arguments for her clients based on their available facts. Moreover, her ample research skills help her explore other legal fields comfortably. In addition to IPs, she has also handled complicated litigations in other fields, e.g. employment, consumer protection, business rehabilitation, and computer-related crime laws.
