Amarin, senior associate in the intellectual property practice  group of Domnern, Somgiat and Boonma, has built up his extraordinary experience of 25 years, during which he has handled more than 8,000 cases before the Thai Registrar and the Trademark Board. Those cases range from appeals against rejections of the examiners, oppositions, and cancellation petitions. With such experience, he knows what arguments work for certain situations and helps his clients strengthen their arguments accordingly. Amarin is also qualified as a patent agent and the notarial services lawyer. Beyond IPs, he has developed his expertise in other types of administrative cases, including construction and telecommunication.
